Accelerating its digital strategy in North America, Bank of Montreal (BMO -0.1%) invests in digital lending platform Blend through the tech company's series E round of financing.

BMO is currently working with Blend to deliver digital mortgage and home equity experiences to customers in the U.S. 

As part of this partnership, the bank will continue exploring opportunities to digitize and accelerate more parts of the banking process for customers in both Canada and the U.S.
