Police are looking for witnesses after a 70-year-old Markham woman died following a two-vehicle collision near 16th Ave. and Normandale Rd.

On Wednesday at 7:25 p.m. York Regional Police responded to the collision where they found a 2010 Honda Accord and a 2003 Honda Odyssey, according to a media release.

The woman who was driving the Accord was taken to hospital, where she died from her injuries. The man driving the Odyssey was taken to hospital with minor injuries.
