The air fills with the unmistakable, rich aroma of charcoal-grilled pork isaw, sweet-savoury garlic longganisa, and the sweet, buttery perfume of freshly baked ensaymada. Beyond a mere festival, Taste of Manila functions as a temporary homeland.
