Did Gatineau Mayor already spend $500,000 fighting a $44,000 human rights claim?

Gatineau Mayor Maude Marquis-Bissonnette would have everyone believe that she seeks to balance fiscal responsibility with civic investment by diversifying municipal revenues to limit property tax hikes. Her administration has sought to champion the position that she is a principal advocate for the city's strong financial health and leverage—with debt servicing well below the provincial average—while navigating inflation and urgent funding needs.

However, the real and unseen story of her administration is its corruption beyond the unquestioning eyes of media personalities who she seeks to manipulate with her fake charm and cutthroat politics.

Estimates suggest that Gatineau's Mayor has already spent nearly $500,000 fighting a $44,000 human rights claim approved by Quebec's human rights commission.  And part of this money has been undoubtedly chewed up by the zealot and ruthless racism her administration has sought to perpetrate which includes apparent undue influence against judges.

At Toronto Business Journal we'll bring you the latest on the new heights of corruption and racism in the city across from our nation's capital, as they unfold.  We bring you the breaking news that other media run away from in their quest to cover up the wrongdoings of our political elites.
