The following three steps are essential to peace in Gaza:

1 - Recognizing a sovereign Palestinian state

2 - Bringing together a internationally recognized "Government-in-Exile"

3 - For that Government-in-Exile to then be empowered through international law to then demand United Nations Peacekeepers.
