How the federal government scams human rights claimants: RBC case goes to Federal Court

The federal government is promoting an affinity to equality for all while at the same time supporting a judicial review process which seeks to repress human rights claims.  This has become clear in a case now before the Federal Court which also involves RBC and Attorney General of Canada.  Mr Samuels began to sense a scam, after Canadian Human Rights Commission lawyers dropped his Canadian Human Rights Tribunal case for no reason in the face of a maximum claim limit of $40,000.  Apparently, this is "normal" for them to do.

The average human rights claimant in no way can instantaneously replace three of four experienced human rights lawyers.  It also became apparent to Raymond that the $40,000 Canadian Human Rights Tribunal claim limit served two purposes.  The first purpose is to limit human rights damages against both the federal government and federally-regulated institution.  The second purpose is to make it very uneconomical to try to replace the government-appointed lawyers with your own private lawyers who might end up costing more than your maximum claim.

Completing an apparent rigged process is a Tribunal adjudicator who admittedly has no professional, academic or personal experience of racism, openly refers to allegations of racism as “unsubstantiated claims” while they purport to be “impartial”.

There you have it folks.  A perfectly rigged process designed to only selectively allow claims of racism wins when it can be presented as part of government public relation strategy that the “system works”.
