Since then, they have painted the outside, landscaped the front and back yards, replaced the floors on all levels with light, white oak, replaced the wooden bannister with a black, iron bannister, and opened and replaced the kitchen. When I went through the photos and saw this bathroom…

I thought they had also done the washrooms but they were done before he 2014 sale.

Overall, it is a really nice house. I would prefer the sink to be on the island but it is a great kitchen with lots of storage. And I am not sure about that sunroom on the side of the house. It seems like it would be freezing in the winter and boiling in the summer but I could be wrong. But to me, it just seems like a waste of space.
