Rider Levett Bucknall Names New Leadership in Canada: Mel Yungblut to Head Toronto Office
International property and construction consultancy firm Rider Levett Bucknall (RLB) is pleased to announce Mel Yungblut, PQS(F) has been named the new Principal of RLB’s Toronto office. He succeeds Terry Harron, who retired in April after 16 years with the firm.
Mel Yungblut, PQS(F), has more than 30 years of experience leading multi-disciplinary teams of cost planning experts. His extensive work in both public and private development spans sectors from transportation and infrastructure to residential to healthcare to higher education. A Fellow of the Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors, he graduated from Niagara College where he studied construction engineering technology and architecture.
